Established in Being, Perform Action.

The idea of “Established in Being, Perform Action” is that we never want to lose our connection to Being, even while going about our daily lives.

Be rooted in Being, and at the same time and from that place perform action.

Quote from the Bhagavad Gita, Ancient Vedic Mythos

if we lose our connection to Being in the ups and downs of day to day life..our actions can easily turn into wrong action.

We can become mis-aligned with our Dharma (purpose), and stray out of our path to the zone of Karma (corrective force).

On the other hand, when maintaining our connection to Being, it is impossible for us to perform wrong action.

The reward is also on the level of feeling. Being on our path and staying rooted feels good, we experience flow, it is life giving.

On the other hand losing ourselves and acting in misalignment tends to feel stressful, draining.

So when we find ourself in reactivity, experiencing strong emotions or a lack of clarity..it can be a good sign to take a break from making decisions or doing, and instead nourish ourselves and ground in Being through Meditation. From that state, the right action will become clear.
